The magnetic holding member 30 is attracted to a mold 2a when the mold 2a is fixed to the molding fixing surface 12a and protruded by the energizing force of the spring 31 to be held to the state attracted to the mold 2a when the mold 2a is separated from the mold fixing surface 12a.

The surface facing to the permanent magnet 27 is at least made of ferromagnetic material so constituted as to be installed a stamper plate 22 onto a cavity by mean of an attraction force due to the permanent magnet 27 when the stamper plate inner periphery holding means 21 is inserted in the center hole 29.
