    • PURPOSE: To provide a plastic molding separation device capable of saving labor in a separation operation and thereby increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: This plastic molding separation device consists of a second conveyor 105 provided on the extended line of a first conveyor, a second pressing means which presses from above the foremost alignment part of laminated plate-like form (b)protruded onto the second conveyor 105 from the tip part of the first conveyor 101 and causes the foremost alignment part to stick to a transport surface under pressure, and a conveyor activation means which separates the first conveyor 101 from the second conveyor 105 at a different stage level from each other. In addition, a secondary separation device 105 is equipped with a turning means 201 which turns the laminated plate-like form(b) at the foremost alignment part transported horizontally by the second conveyor 105, 90 deg. in the proceeding direction of the form(b), a push-transport conveyor 202 which pushes the turned laminated plate-like form(b) forward in an orthogonal direction with the second conveyor 105 on a horizontal plane, and a third pressing means which separates the foremost alignment part of the laminated plate-like form(b) protruded from the tip edge of the push- transport conveyor 202 by pressing the foremost alignment part from above.

    • PURPOSE: To absorb the sag in a sheet generated in switching take-up units into a narrow space for the sheet to wait by adjusting the rotational speed of rolls so that almost the same amount of sag is generated in continuous sheets in a waiting apparatus consisting of two or more roll intervals of three or more rolls. CONSTITUTION: For example, a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 1, which is supplied continuously, after passing through a waiting apparatus 2 of the first, second, and third rolls 21, 22, 23, is taken up by a stop type full automatic take up unit 3. When the wound tape reaches a given length, the unit 3 is stopped temporarily, a new core is set, and the unit 3 starts operation again. The command to stop the unit 3 is sent simultaneously to the sequencer 5 of the waiting apparatus 2, pinch rolls 31, 32 and the third roll 23 are stopped, and the feed speed of the second roll 22 is reduced to be about 50% of that of the first roll 21 detected by a speed sensor. In this way, the amount of sag in the tape between the first and second rolls 21, 22 is made almost equal to that between the second and third rolls 22, 23.

    • PURPOSE: To float a film uniformly so as to change the direction positively in a contactless state by forming the cross-sectional form of a direction changing member into specific shape, and forming the entering side surface and detaching side surface of a film conveying body into linear faces parallel with a film conveying direction. CONSTITUTION: When air is supplied from the air supply port 6 of a fixed shaft 1, the air is blasted from a group of air holes 3a of a metal sheet 3 but partially shut off by cord material 5 wound around the surface, so that the internal blast pressure rises. When the blast pressure of this compressed air further rises, the pressure is blasted in the high state from the clearances of the cord material so as to float conveyed film material F to convey it. In a direction changing member, the corner angle part for changing the conveyed direction of the conveyed film material F by 90 deg., for instance, is formed into circular arc shape, and a linear part 4a is formed at a base 4, parallelly with the conveyed direction of the conveyed film material F. The conveyed film material F is thereby floated uniformly and direction-changed positively in a contactless state.
