CONSTITUTION: An accelerating/decelerating device of objects includes a housing 1 with a hole 2, and a piston 3 is slide-freely installed in the hole 2 so as to freely travel along the length of the hole 2. A cable 6 is passed through an aperture 5 provided at the first end part 4 of the housing 1, and the aperture 5 is arranged closer to the end part 4 than the piston 3 is. One end of the cable 6 is fixed to the piston 3, and the cable 6 is looped over the first guiding pulley 7 after being derived out of the housing 1 and is next connected to a carrier 8 for one or a plurality of participants. In the case of wanting to accelerate a participant 9 rapidly, the piston 3 is rapidly accelerated in a distancing direction from the first end part 4 by introducing a depressing fluid into the hole 2 through a jet valve 11.

The internal frame 40 is covered by the external frame 30 by setting the hooks 31 on the stoppers 44.
