    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for measuring solid, aerosol, vapor and liquid concentration of a fire extinguishing agent.SOLUTION: A method comprises routing a stream 140, via a plurality of tubes, from a plurality of sampling points where particle content concentrations are to be measured. A particle content concentration 132 in the stream 140 is measured. The measurement is based on determination, via a sensor for example, of an electrostatic charge of the particles 132 as the particles 132, and/or based on counting of the number of particles 132 in the stream 140, e.g., using a counter tracking light emitted from a light source. The measured concentration of particle content is analyzed to determine if it is indicative of an appropriate concentration of measured particles 132 in the stream 140. The particles include fire extinguishing and/or suppression agent particles.
