    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic program transmission device with a no-sound accident prevention function for minimizing time for an emergency broadcast and surely broadcasting a next program or commercial message when the automatic program transmission device has a no-sound accident.SOLUTION: An automatic program transmission device receives no-sound detection output transmitted from a no-sound detection device, and if a no-sound state continues for a predetermined time, controls a sound switching apparatus to broadcast an emergency broadcast sound source. When a normal level is being maintained for a predetermined time, the device switches back to a normal broadcast. However, even in the no-sound state, when it is time to broadcast a next program or commercial message, the device switches back to the normal broadcast.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic reception of an emergency alarm broadcast in a retransmission system.SOLUTION: A transmission side of an IP retransmission detects an emergency alarm broadcasting initiation signal from a transmission control signal included in a digital broadcast signal and performs a multi-address transmission, to an IP network, of an emergency alarm broadcasting initiation packet based on the emergency alarm broadcasting initiation signal detected by a detection circuit. When receiving the emergency alarm broadcasting initiation packet that has been multi-address-transmitted from an accommodating station receiving an IP packet from an IP retransmission device, a gateway device, having address memory for storing the address of an IP retransmission-use receiver connected via a network line, transmits an initiation packet to the IP retransmission-use receiver. When receiving the initiation packet from the gateway device, a television receiver causes a de-multiplexing part to select a packet required for decoding an emergency alarm broadcast from content stream. This enables automatic reception of an emergency alarm broadcast also in an IP retransmission.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system and an emergency call system wherein a batch report, a group report or an individual report is made in the emergency batch report.
      SOLUTION: (1) When an operator sets any one of batch report, group report or individual report from a console 11 at start of report, (2) emergency batch report start data is transmitted to a master station device 12 at start of emergency batch report, and (3) call number report data is transmitted to the console 11 in the call number report. (4) The master station device 12 transmits report start instruction data to an outdoor loudspeaker slave station 20 or a home receiver 30 in the report start instruction. (5) The master station device 12 transmits number report data to the outdoor loudspeaker slave station 20 or the home receiver 30 in the number report. "Batch number, group number, individual number" can be set in the slave station identification number for the report type "emergency batch report start" of the report start instruction data and number report data.
