    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the matter of a non-contact electronic device which can operate in an IC tag system, utilizing different frequency bands wherein it is difficult to optimize the respective characteristics, when a pair of antenna terminals provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit device are connected with a far-field antenna and a near-field antenna. SOLUTION: The non-contact electronic device includes a multi-antenna which transmits/receives high-frequency signals of two frequencies and the semiconductor integrated circuit device, wherein the multi-antenna includes a first antenna which transmits/receives a high-frequency signal of a first frequency; a second antenna which transmits/receives a high-frequency signal of a second frequency; and a filter which cuts off the high-frequency signal of a second frequency. The first antenna is connected to a pair of antenna terminals provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit device via a filter, and the second antenna is connected to an antenna terminal provided in the semiconductor integrated circuit device.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which has a simple structure and a small null angle, and which can achieves communication using a circularly-polarized wave.
      SOLUTION: The antenna 1 includes a conducting wire 2 which is arranged in a surrounding pattern and formed in a cross shape. The portion at which two wires that project from the center to the periphery form a square corner is included in the route of the surrounding wire. The antenna 1 can transmit and receive an electromagnetic wave in the whole direction by using this portion and has a circular polarization characteristic.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact antenna for tags maintaining a constant communication distance without being varied. SOLUTION: The antenna for the tags 10 is made by connecting and mounting an LSI chip of Rc=500 Ω and Cc=1.4pF on a feeding unit (chip mounting unit 8) of a folded dipole antenna with L (with inductance) of 53 mm wide and 7 mm long, to cover its both surfaces (upper and lower surfaces in figure) by resin 13 of permittivity εr=3 and thickness t=0.75 mm so as to be sandwiched. A dipole unit 9 with line width 1 mm of the antenna with the tags 10 is formed in the square spiral shape by folding to inside from both sides by four bending units 11 (11-1 to 11-4). Total length of the dipole antenna when the four bending units 11 are extended to a straight line is formed so as to be shorter than a half length of an antenna resonant wavelength. An inductance unit 12 is to be formed at intermediate portion between both dipole units 9, 9 near the center of the antenna.
