    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for a solar cell which is inexpensive and superior in adhesion to EVA.
      SOLUTION: The back sheet for the solar cell is a back sheet used to protect a back surface of the solar cell, and the protection can be achieved by the back sheet for the solar cell which is characterized in that (a) a film made of an epoxy-modified polyolefin-based resin composition and (b) an aluminum foil are laminated. Especially, it is preferable that (a) is obtained by dissolving and kneading (a-2) an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer and (a-3) an aromatic vinyl monomer against (a-1) a polyolefin-based resin, under the presence of a radical polymerization initiator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer structure excellent in gas barrier properties, the non-adsorption of flavor components, heat-sealing properties at a low temperature and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The multi-layer structure has a surface layer comprising a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C). The modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) is prepared by modifying an unmodified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) with an epoxy compound (B) having a double bond and an epoxy compound (E) not having a double bond. The amount of modification by the (B) is 0.1-10 mol% based on the monomer unit of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), and the amount of modification by the (E) is 0.1-30 mol% based on the monomer unit of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A).
