摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a change in stretching magnification by facilitating changeover of the gripping pitch of a stretching film, by providing a large number of pin holes for a multi-stage changeover on a chain link. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pin holes I-IV are provided on the other end of chain links 8, 8' at predetermined intervals. When a pin 9 is inserted into the pin hole I of the chain links 8, 8', the pitch between the chain links 8, 8' after stretching of a film becomes twice as long as L (I). When the pin 9 is put into the pin hole II of the chain links 8, 8' in place of the pin hole I, the pitch between the chain links 8, 8' becomes twice as long as the L (II) similarly. The gripping pitch P(0) after the stretching of the film can be changed easily and stretching magnification in a longitudinal direction of the film can be changed simply and easily by putting the pin 9 into any of the pin holes I-IV in place of the other of them.

The restriction and interference with guide rails 4, 5 and 6 are alleviated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To continuously form a heat shrinkable sheet out of a preformed piece on continuous form by a structure wherein pairs of chucking blocks, each of which grasps one of both side parts of a softened preformed piece so as to pull the piece toward both sides of it, are provided so as to be freely accessible and separable. CONSTITUTION:When the tip of a preformed piece A, which has been brought into softened state by heating in advance, is fed nearly horizontally from the rear of a stretching part 4 between both caterpillar treads 1 and 1, first, clamps 9, which approach the rear position of the stretching part 4, close so as to grasp both side edge parts of the preformed piece A between both pairs of chucking blocks 11 and 12. Secondly, when the clamps 9... in clamped state approach the stretching part 4, the interval W between the treads facing each other of both revolving courses gradually widens and consequently the preformed piece A grasped with the clamps is stretched widthwise while being carried in the longitudinal direction. When the clamps 9... approach the parallel part 5, a cooling mechanism 8 cools the preformed piece A just after being stretched from above and below. Because, by said cooling action, the preformed piece A after the stretching is hardened under the state that both side edge parts of the piece A are held by the clamps, the waviness and the like, which tend to develop in a sheet after the clamping is released, is hard to occur.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a lateral stretching machine among noises of which generated through a roller chain the noise on the inlet side of a film has been controlled as low as possible, by making a driven wheel making the roller chain run in cooperation with a driving sprocket into a disc. CONSTITUTION:A pair of endless roller chains runs respectively on an advancing path 11 and return path 12 and a film is held by a clip provided within the advancing path. Then lateral stretching is applied to the film by the roller chains by widening a distance between the pair during running. Then the roller chain is guided by a driven wheel 13 at an inlet side, tension control is performed along with a change of direction and the same is driven by a driving sprocket 14 at an outlet side. Although the driving sprocket 14 has a cog, the driven wheel 13 is a disc not having the cog. As the driven wheel cooperating with the driving sprocket is made into the disc by eliminating the cog like this, a noise at the inlet side of the film wherein the driven wheel has been arranged is reduced drastically.
