In the case that a thickness l3 of the shock-absorbing member between housed parts can be large enough (the thickness depends on a weight of the parts), the slits 1e and 1f need not be provided. The depth l1 of the slits depends on the weight of the parts to be housed. In the case of light weight, the depth is short, while in the case of heavy weight, the depth is long. The slits are made at one or two corners.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the sewing of a frame body and other member and to facilitate the manufacture by placing a protective material consisting of an elastic material in the inside of a gore part exterior body, and also, placing a shape holding frame body in its inside, and moreover, placing interior cloth in its inside, fixing the interior cloth and an edge of an inner partition to one edge of the protective material, and furthermore, connecting the other of the interior cloth to the gore part exterior body through a closing member. CONSTITUTION:Interior cloth 7 and an inner partition 8 are fixed to one edge of a protective material 5 which consists of an elastic material and inserted into the inside of a gore part exterior body 4. This fixation can be performed not only by a sewing but also as various states such as stapling by a stapler. Also, an inside member A is constituted by inserting a shape holding frame body 6 between the protective material 5 and the interior cloth 7. In such a state, this inside member A is inserted into the gore part exterior body 4, and thereafter, the other edge of the interior cloth 7 is closed and fixed to an edge of the gore part exterior body 4. In such a way, since the frame body 6 consisting of a hard material and the interior cloth 7 and other member necessitate no sewing, the manufacture is facilitated. Also, since the gore part being subject to a shock is brought to shape holding by the frame body 6 covered with the protective material 5, it is not damaged even against a strong shock and holds strength.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and repairing by overhaul or replacement of constituting members by a method wherein a core frame is inserted into an insertion part between an outer member and an inner cloth of a gusset, and the outer member and inner cloth are seamed closely on the periphery. CONSTITUTION:In a bag to open a lid both forward and rearward of a gusset, a gusset inner cloth 5 is arranged inside of a gusset outer member 4, an inner partition 6 is sewed to be attached to the gusset inner cloth 5, an insert part 8 which opens or closes either front or back of the gusset part is formed be tween the gusset outer member 4 and gusset inner cloth 5. A core frame 11 which keeps the shape of the gusset is inserted into the insertion part 10, and then the open-close sides of the gusset inner cloth 6 and gusset outer member 4 are seamed. By this constitution, a bag can be manufactured without sewing the core frame 9 of hard material with the inner partition 6 or gusset inner cloth 5. Further, as the core frame 9 is not sewed any other member, the core frame 9 can easily be taken out for overhaul for repairing.
