    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installation costs when adding a peripheral device of a computer, which requires starting time longer than that of the computer under an environment where the computer can be started via a network. SOLUTION: First and second servers 11 and 12 are set to start after an expanded HDD 17 starts completely by means of control of a first terminal start control unit 23 connected with the same uninterruptible power supply (UPS) 10 at the time of restoration of a commercial power supply 21. Further, servers 13 to 16 are set to start after expanded peripheral devices not shown in the figure used by the servers 13 to 16 as control targets start completely by means of control of a second terminal start control unit 24 of the arbitrary server 12 at the time of restoration of the power supply via a communication network.
