    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is suitable for transmitting a MAC PDU.SOLUTION: Upon generating and transmitting a MAC PDU by using radio resources allocated to a mobile terminal, a level of priority between a BSR and set logic channels is defined to more efficiently, effectively, and promptly transmit data on the respective logical channels and a buffer state report. The present invention provides a method for constituting the MAC PDU including steps of: allocating resources to all pieces of data which can be utilized for transmission by a CCCH, after that, allocating the resources to all the pieces of data which can be utilized for transmission of the buffer state report, and after that, allocating the resources to all the pieces of data which can be utilized for transmission by the logical channels except the CCCH; and combining at least one of data for the CCCH, data for the BSR, and data for other logical channels except the CCCH in order to generate the MAC PDU to be transmitted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform data communications via plural different profiles when the data communications compete with one another.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle apparatus 2 performing data communication via a lower priority profile (e.g. PBAP), when a request for initiating data communication via a higher priority profile (e.g. SPP) takes place, suspends the data communication via PBAP by disconnection of the lower priority PBAP or reduces the communication band occupied by the data communication via PBAP to start data communication via the higher priority SPP if the data communication via the higher priority SPP occupies more communication band than is available. Thus the data communication via the higher priority SPP is performed in preference to the data communication via the lower priority PBAP.
