SOLUTION: An apparatus is for laminating a plate-shaped form workpiece 7 having at least one thermal fusion bonding layer under a heat impressing action. A flexible pressure contacting element 6 pressure contacts the workpiece to the lower side of a vacuum chamber 8 by the pressure difference generated between the product side half chamber 10 of the vacuum chamber 8 and a pressure side half chamber 9, and exposes the workpiece to the heating action having the welding temperature or higher or the heat curing temperature or higher of the adhesion layer in the laminator. The flexible pressure contacting element 6 is a sheet conveyed individually from the workpiece or together with the workpiece into a vacuum laminating press or a continuous sheet guided through the vacuum chamber.
