    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which has an excellent low-temperature fixability, an excellent offset resistance, and a heat-resistant storage property, and does not contaminate a fixing device and an image, and a manufacturing method of the toner.SOLUTION: The toner is used for developing an electrostatic image and includes toner base particles containing at least a binder resin and a coloring agent. The toner base particles are formed by adding a toner material liquid, which is obtained by dissolving or dispersing a toner material containing the binder resin and the coloring agent in an organic solvent, to an aqueous medium, and granulating it. The toner base particles have a volume average size of 3 to 10 μm. The binder resin contains a polyester resin having a glass-transition temperature of 18 to 40°C, a weight average molecular weight of 10000 to 100000, and a 1/2-method flow start temperature of 70 to 120°C.
