摘要： PURPOSE:To allow accurate fine adjustment of the relative position of an IC body with respect to a wiring sheet by providing a fine adjustment pusher being moved horizontally along the inner surface of the wiring sheet thereby allowing correct contact between a socket and a contact. CONSTITUTION:A wiring sheet 6 applied with a lead pattern is superposed on the outer surface of an IC body 4 and held on a carrier body 1. Each lead 10 of the wiring sheet 6 is brought into contact with the contact piece of the IC body 4 at each superposed part and further brought into contact with a contact on the outside of the superposed part. Furthermore, the IC body 4 is moved along the inner face of the wiring sheet 6 while being pressed at a plurality of points against the carrier body 1. A fine adjustment pusher 21 adjusts the corresponding position of the sheet 6. This constitution adjusts the position such that the lead 10 corresponds correctly with an IC contact piece by pressing the IC body 4 and a protective case containing the IC body 4.

An expansion and contraction type piezoelectric element piece 2 is provided on the outer end face of the meandering piece interlocking part 4, thus forming one type of piezoelectric bimorph structure at that part. When the expansion and contraction type piezoelectric element piece 2 is shrunk by voltage drive, the interlocking part 4 is bent, each meandering piece 3 is displaced in the separation direction due to the bending, and hence the actuator body 1 is amplified in the meandering direction and is expanded and contracted due to the accumulation of the displacement at each meandering piece 3.
