摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular synthetic resin container which can lock and unlock even with a weak force.
SOLUTION: The container has a lock unit composed of lock levers which are disposed on both ends of one pair of opposed side boards, and lock members which are mounted on the other pair of opposed side boards. The lock lever is composed of a plate which is formed by making cutouts at three sides and leaving one side integral with a side board, and an engaging piece projecting on the front end of the plate. The lock member is composed of an operating portion, and an engaging projecting piece projecting on the front end of the operating portion. The operating portion has a finger hooking recession formed on the approximate center of the operating portion, and locking projections formed on both ends of the operating portion. A projecting spring is attached to the lower face of the lock member, which is mounted on the upper parts of the pair of side boards to be movable vertically.

SOLUTION: A top board is arranged between the upper sections of second side plates which are orthogonal to first side plates, and a fixing plate which is orthogonal to the first side plate and in parallel with the second side plate is projected downward on the end section of the top board. The first side plate side of the fixing plate is notched, and on the opposite side from the first side plate side, an engaging piece is formed. Then, the support which is constituted by providing struts upward from the top board can be attached to this pallet made of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: The roll box pallet includes a rear frame, side frames mounted on either side of the rear frame, and the loading plate turnably mounted on a lower end of the rear frame. The loading plate is formed by detachably combining a frame body with a plate. The frame body is composed of a frame and pipes installed inside the frame. The plate is a rectangular flat plate with an upper face having small holes, wherein grooves into which the frame of the frame body is inserted are provided on a peripheral edge, and wherein notches in which the pipes of the frame body are fitted are provided in a reinforcement rib provided between opposed grooves. The frame body is made of metal, and the plate is made of synthetic resin. The notches are formed in circular arc shapes having narrowed openings. The width of the opening is in the range of 75 to 98% of the outer diameter of the pipe, optimally, 80 to 90%.
