    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a bevel gear of high finished profile irregularity while considerably improving a tool life in machining the bevel gear using an annular rack-shaped machining tool provided with a CBN (cubic boron nitride) electrodeposited abrasive grain layer at the cutting edge.
      SOLUTION: Finishing of one tooth space and rough machining of an adjacent tooth space is performed by one-time indexing, using the bevel gear machining tool constituted to mount a rough machining electrodeposited grinding wheel outside or inside a finish machining electrodeposited grinding wheel. A machining time is thereby shortened, or machining accuracy is improved, and the tool life can be considerably improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow output shaft type reduction gear reduced in size of a hollow output shaft, facilitated in fastening work to an input shaft of a partner machine with excellent accuracy without generating looseness, and secured and facilitated in removing work thereof. SOLUTION: In order to miniaturize, female tapering is directly applied to a part of a shaft hole of the hollow output shaft, and a screw hole is provided in an end of the hollow shaft, and the input shaft of the partner machine is inserted into the shaft hole of a male taper bush formed by providing a slit in a male taper part, and thereafter, the partner machine and the hollow output shaft type reduction gear are fastened to each other by fastening bolts passed through holes provided in the flange part. When removing the hollow output shaft type reduction gear from the partner machine, the male taper bush is removed by pushing the hollow shaft end, while screwing a removing bolt into a screw hole provided in the flange part.
