    • PURPOSE:To prevent production of high frequency noise by setting the distance of a cooling air path, inclining from the outer circumferential face of stator coil to the proximity of frame, longer than half of the wavelength of a sound, produced through pulsation of air with a frequency determined by the product of the number of rotor bar and the number of revolution at the operating limit of motor, thereby suppressing sound wave amplifying effect. CONSTITUTION:A cooling air path comprising a plurality of sound wave guide boards 21 is formed at a point near the gap of a stator coil 4 through which pressure wave produced by the rotation of a rotor bar 11 passes. The pressure wave is fed in synchronization with the reciprocation of a sound wave produced from a pulsating air flow 15 which is produced by the fan effect of the rotor bar 11 between the outer circumferential face of the stator coil 4 and the inner circumferential face of a magnet frame 1. Amplification of noise due to the air flow is prevented by lengthening the reciprocal path of the sound wave between the stator coil 4 and the magnet frame 1, and the noise generation mechanism is broken by shifting the returning timing of reflected noise from the period of the pressure wave. According to the constitution, generation of noise can be prevented.

And one side face is made into a projection 18, whose cross section is angular, and the other side face is made into a recess 19 which engages with the projection 18. Hereby, the degree of freedom in thickness direction can be restricted, and the attraction and the repulsion between a superconducting coil and a floating guide coil can be negated on the sides.

    • PURPOSE:To balance inner temperature rise, as a whole, by setting the cooling air flow to be led through an air bypath to the downstream at the other end in the machine within a range of 15-40% of total cooling air flow to be taken into the machine through a cooling air supply port. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air is taken through a cooling air supply port 20 on one end side in a machine and fed through caps 23 between a stator core 3 and a rotor core 9 or through vents 24 in the rotor core 9 to the other end side in the machine. A portion of the cooling air is led to the outer circumference of a stator coil end section 5a located in the downstream at the other end in the machine. The cooling air flow to be led through the air bypath 30 to the downstream at the other end in the machine is set in a range of 15-40% of total cooling air flow to be taken in through the cooling air supply port. Remaining cooling air is fed through the caps 23 and the vents 24 toward the other end. Upon arrival at the other end in the machine, the cooling air is discharged through a discharge port 31. By such arrangement, temperature rise at each section can be controlled with good balance thus enabling optimal temperature rise design without increasing the cooling air flow.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain a temperature rise of a reaction plate on the secondary side by erecting plural fins radially extended in the radial direction of a wire rope driving pulley on the back of the reaction plate on the secondary side. CONSTITUTION:A reaction plate 12 on the secondary side is formed by closely stacking a non-magnetic metal plate 12a and a magnetic metal plate 12b, and plural fins 12c radially extended in the radial direction of a driving pulley 11 are erected on the exposed surface of the magnetic metal plate 12b directed inward. When the temperature of the reaction plate 12 rises with the rotating drive of the wire rope driving pulley 11, the increased heat is transmitted to the fins 12c side of the reaction plate 12 and the fins 12c function as cooling fans to cool the reaction plate. Simultaneously, the fins 12c are forced to function as ventilating fans, too so as to increase the cooling effect of the reaction plate 12.

CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 4 fitted to the rotor 3 of an electric rotary machine is fitted to the inner ring of a first bearing 5. Also, a frame 1 is provided with a second bearing 8, the outer ring of said bearing 8 is fastened to said frame 1, and the inner ring 10 of said bearing 8 is formed into an integral body with the outer ring 10 of said bearing 5. Said bearings 5 and 8 are juxtaposed in the axial direction and the diameter of the inner ring of said bearing 8 is made smaller than that of the outer ring of said bearing 5. Thus, the number of relative revolutions of the inner and outer rings of a bearing is made small and the rotational speed is increased without impairing lubricating properties.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of grease and to extend its life by providing cooling exhaust ports along a rotation axis to the side plate of a rotary electric machine positioned to the side of a brake disc and spraying cooling fluid of the rotary machine on the rotation axis. CONSTITUTION:A brake disc 28 is loaded on the axis to a rotation axis 24 of a rotary electric machine 20, a cooling exhaust port 30 is provided along the rotation axis 24 to the side plate 21a of the rotary electric machine 20 positioned to the side of the brake disc 28, and the cooling fluid of the rotary electric machine 20 is sprayed to the rotation axis 24 from the cooling exhaust port 30. Accordingly, at the time of driving of the rotary electric machine 20, part of the cooling fluid produced by the rotation of a rotor 24a is exhausted from each of exhaust ports 21b. The rest of cooling fluid at the time of braking is ejected in the direction of the axis of the rotation shaft 24 from each of cooling exhaust ports 30 to cool the conduction heat of the rotation axis 24, and at the same time, even if the abraded powder produced at the time of braking is scattered to the side of a bearing 23, the adherence of the powder can be prevented.
