    • PURPOSE:To carry out an automatic remote control of the processing machine by mounting a combined lens consisting of a collimating lens, converging lens, etc., at the front end of an optical fiber and focusing a copper vapor laser beam to a part to be worked. CONSTITUTION:The copper vapor laser beam 2 is introduced by the optical fiber 3. The combined lens consisting of the collimating lens 4, the converging lens 6, etc., is mounted to the front end of this optical fiber 3. The copper vapor laser beam 2 transmitted in the optical fiber 3 is made into collimated beams of light by passing the collimating lens 4 at the front end of the optical fiber 3. After the collimated beams of light are reflected by a reflection mirror 5, the beams pass the combined lens of the converging lens 6, etc., and focus at the connection point 8 of a piping 7. An operator's radiation exposure is decreased and the working efficiency is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a intra-reactor structure inspecting device, which can perform inspection of a structure installed in the upper chamber of a nuclear reactor or the region between units and the walls of a reactor vessel. CONSTITUTION:In an intra-reactor structure inspecting device 21, two or more joint parts 23 equipped with a first rotating mechanism 22 rotatable round a longitudinal axis are coupled with one another by a second rotating mechanism 24 rotatable round an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and that of the coupled joint parts 23 which is situated at the foremost is coupled with an ultrasonic sensor mounting part 25 through a coupling mechanism 26 to constitute an inspection arm 27. The first and second rotating mechanisms 22, 27 and the coupling mechanism 26 are formed from a rotary type ultrasonic motor. The inspection arm 27 is enclosed with an expansion cover 28.

    • PURPOSE:To separate an isotope at constant separation concn., by arranging a raw material replenishing container receiving a replenished raw material to melt the same and a raw material evaporating container for evaporating the molten raw material to a raw material container. CONSTITUTION:A high temp. part 19 is formed in the vicinity of a molten liquid level 17b collectively receiving electron beam 7 and a low temp. part 20 is formed in the vicinity of the side and bottom walls of a raw material evaporating container 4b. When the molten liquid level 17b lowers to a predetermined value or more by the evaporation of the raw material 3 in the raw material evaporating container 4b, the raw material melted in a raw material replenishing container 4a passes through a communication hole 16 by head difference so as to compensate the lowering portion of said liquid level to be supplied to the raw material evaporating container 4b. When the molten liquid level 17a in the raw material replenishing container lowers to a predetermined value or more, a liquid level holding apparatus 18 is operated and the molten liquid level 17a at the time of operation is held to an almost constant value.
