    • PURPOSE:To allow inspection while getting over an obstacle by providing a plurality of drive wheels being suspended on the opposite sides of an overhead line at the central part and the front and rear ends of a truck, and two balancers turning while rolling along with the body about the overhead line with respect to the drive section and the truck in front and rear thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cantilever axle 2 is provided perpendicularly to a truck at the front half section thereof with a sprocket 3 and a front drive wheel 4 being fixed, respectively, to the opposite ends thereof. Similarly, a rear drive wheel 5 and a sprocket 3 are fixed. A DC servo motor 6 with reduction gear is secured, as a drive source, to the coupling part of the front and rear sections of the truck and a central drive wheel 8 is fixed to the reduction gear 7 through the axle 2. A gear 9 is fixed to the central part of the axle 2 and meshed the adjacent gears 10, 11 which are coupled with the sprockets 3, 3 for front and rear wheels through chains 12. This structure allows continuous running while getting over an obstacle.

The leading guide rail 7 is suspended to be clamped by a rail clamp device 9 in the fourth process, a following guide rail 22 on the carriage 8 is carried in to a hanging rope 4a of the hoist 4 by a hanging assist device 20 provided with a damper device 19 in the fifth process, the following guide rail 22 is clamped to be butted while hung against the leading guide rail 7 to the rail clamp device 9 in the sixth process, and both the guide rails 7, 22 clamped by the rail clamp device 9 are suspended in the lift well 1 in the seventh process.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a control apparatus which can save energy, while keeping electromagnetic shielding property and water-tight property. CONSTITUTION:A control apparatus cover 3 is obtained by laminating a metallic porous material 3b having a low frequency ferro electro-magnetic shielding function and breathability to a light and heat shielding sheet 3a having a solar heat reflecting function and a far infrared rays radiating function. Therefore, wind and rain can be shielded, keeping the hermetical shielding characteristic by a light and heat shielding sheet 3a at the surface. Moreover, the light and heat shielding sheet 3a also shields the heat to enter the inside even in such an area as is irradiated by the sun light. The heat at the inside is transmitted in direct to the light and heat shielding sheet 3a by radiation and convection passing through small holes of metallic porous material 3b. The light and heat shielding sheet 3a radiates the inside heat as far infrared rays. Moreover, since the light and heat shielding sheet 3a is finished as a sheet laminating aluminium foils, it also shields high frequency electro-magnetic field and the metallic porous material shields low frequency ferro electromagnetic field.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce force applied to a wheel at the time of the wheel passing a protruding object by providing a bogie of a vehicle with a link forming the base of a link mechanism in the shape of an equal leg base, as well as providing a pair of wheels at both end parts of a link forming a side opposed to the base of the link mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a moving device body 11 provided with two sets of bogies 14 supported through springs 12 and shock absorbers 13 and restricted in its movement except its vertical movement by linear guides 15, the bogie 14 is provided with a link mechanism 16 comprising links 161-164 forming a quadrangular equal leg base, in the state of mutually adjacent ones of the links 161-164 being connected rotatably. The link 161 forming the base of the link mechanism 16 is fitted to the truck 14, as well as wheels 181, 182 are supported, through axles 171, 172, at both ends of the link 163 opposed to the link 161. Accordingly, when one wheel is passing a protruding object on a travel path, force is concentrated on the other wheel so as to reduce force applied to the one wheel.
