    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing old pipe regenerating construction method capable of dispensing with works for mounting and dismounting a mounting member of a back-filling material pouring nozzle and filling a back-filling material into a clearance between an existing old pipe and a lining pipe while confirming its filling situation. SOLUTION: A timbering device 1 is inserted into a lining pipe 3 newly provided in an existing old pipe 2, and an annular frame is supported in the lining pipe 3 by a support means 13. Three or more hollow rod bodies 141, 141', 141' are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the lining pipe 3, their tips are inserted into a pouring hole of the lining pipe 3, a back-filling material supply hose 4 is connected to a connection end at a basic end of the hollow rod body 141 in an intermediate part, and basic ends of the front and rear hollow rod bodies 141', 141' are left open. The back-filling material is discharged from a back-filling material discharge port in the vicinity of a tip of the hollow rod body 141 in the intermediate part, and the back-filling material is filled into a clearance between the existing old pipe 2 and the lining pipe 3 while confirming its filling situation based on an outflow condition of the back-filling material from the basic ends of the front and rear hollow rod bodies 141', 141'.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connection of profiles in each of which a metallic reinforcing material is buried, in a state wherein the respective reinforcing materials of the profiles are joined together firmly. SOLUTION: Profiles 10 of which side edge parts on one side are put in a state of engagement on the occasion when the profiles are so wound helically as to be along the inner peripheral surfaces of existing pipes have strip-plate-like base main body parts 11 made of synthetic resin and having flexibility, respectively. The base main body part 11 is provided with a reinforcing part 18 so that a hollow part 10a having a triangular section and being continuous in the longitudinal direction is formed, and a metallic reinforcing material 19 is buried in the reinforcing part 18 continuously in the longitudinal direction. In the case when the profiles 10 in a pair are connected, the end faces of the base main body parts 11 are fused to each other in a state wherein side parts of a metal joint 20 are inserted into the respective hollow parts 10a of the profiles. The reinforcing part 18 is shaven off thereafter so that the reinforcing material 19 be exposed, and the side parts of the reinforcing materials 19 and the metal joints 20 are spot-welded to each other respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a mounting pipe to provide a reliable cutoff state through simple execution of a work and a method for joining a mounting pipe with a buried main pipe by using the mounting pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a method for joining a mounting pipe 1 with a buried main pipe 2, the mounting pipe 1 is intended to be joined with the outer peripheral surface of the buried main pipe 2. The opposite arcuate part 11 of the tip of the mounting pipe 1 is protruded approximately in the shape of a bow in the axial direction of a pipe and a groove part 12 in the shape of a chevron as seen from a side crossing the axial direction of the pipe at right angles is formed. In a state that the outer perpheral surface of the buried main pipe 2 is brought into contact with a space between the groove parts 12 and the mounting pipe 1 effects allowable maximum displacement from the buried main pipe 2, the arcuate part 11 is brought into contact along with the outer peripheral surface of the buried main pipe 2. Further, in a state that the tip part of the mounting pipe 1 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the buried main pipe 2, the tip part of the mounting pipe 1 is joined with a joining hole 21 drilled in the buried main pipe 2 by mounting a resin mat 4 from the inner side of the buried main pipe 2.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the lining of the inner peripheral surface of an existing pipe from the inside by spirally winding a strip like material main body having fitting parts having a specific shape formed thereto and fitting strip like materials fitted from the side opposite to the inner peripheral surface in both fitting parts adjacent each other along a side edge part. CONSTITUTION:Fitting parts 13 are formed to both side parts of a strip like material main body 10 and a plurality of ribs 12 are longitudinally extended on one surface side thereof in parallel. Each of the fitting parts 13 has a leading end part 13a rising from a main body part 11 on the arranging side of the ribs 12 and bent outwardly from the side edge of the main body 10 at a right angle at a place having the same height as the ribs and again bent toward the main body part 11 at a right angle and a recessed part 13b is formed by the leading end part 13a. A fitting strip like member 20 has the groove 21 fitted in the strip like material main body 10 and ridges 22a, 22b. Two strip like material main bodies 10, 10 are parallely arranged so that the side edge parts thereof are brought to a close contact state and, when the fitting strip like member 20 is pushed in the fitting part 13 on the side of the main body part 11, both strip like material main bodies 10, 10 can be connected by the fitting strip like member 20.

    • PURPOSE:To send a long member into a manhole without changing the diameter of a spirally molded long member and receiving resistance by arranging a plurality of support members each having two rollers arranged thereto in an L-shape at the position holding the long member in an almost circumferential state. CONSTITUTION:One vertical roller 2 and one horizontal roller 3 are provided to a support part 1 in an L-shape and four support parts are arranged on the upper surfaces of four device stands 15 arranged crosswise. A metal long member 20 is spirally molded before execution so that the inner diameter thereof becomes almost same to or larger than the diameter formed by four support parts arranged in a circumferential state. The spirally molded long member is arranged on the horizontal rollers 3 so that the inside thereof is in contact with the vertical rollers 2 of the support parts 1 of a long member sending-out device. When the long member sensing-out device is arranged above a manhole, the long member is supplied into the manhole without receiving resistance.
