摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove phosphoric acid in waste water effectively by a method in which a pair electrodes which is installed in the lift pipe of an air lift pump which pumps up waste water by an air lift action is provided, and an iron ion or an aluminum ion for removing phosphoric acid in the waste water is eluted from the electrodes. SOLUTION: A dephosphorization apparatus D which is installed in a small- size combination treatment purification tank as a waste water treatment apparatus is equipped with one cylindrical electrode 51 which is installed along the inner wall of a cylindrical cover 60 which is part of the lift pipe 32 of an air lift pump 29 and functions as an anode side and the other round rod-shaped electrode 52 which is arranged inside the center of the electrode 51 and functions as a cathode side. Three upper and lower spacers 53 which fix the electrode 52 to the electrode 51 are arranged. When the current from a direct current power source 42 is applied between both electrodes 51, 52 in the wastewater, an iron ion is eluted from the electrode 51. The iron ion reacts with phosphoric acid in treated water to produce a poorly soluble phosphorus compound, which is aggregated/precipitated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment device, in which a device for removing phosphoric acid is incorporated, for dissolving stably electrodes and also enabling a user to determine simply the period of replacement of electrodes or the inspection of the electrodes for the purpose of maintenance or the like. SOLUTION: A dephosphorization device D1 is incorporated into a small combined treatment purifying tank 1 and provided with an elution tank 39, iron electrodes 40 and 41, a direct current power source 42 and a control section 43. Iron ions to react with phosphoric acid are eluted from the electrodes 40 and 41 by electrolysis. Electric current applied between the electrodes 40 and 41 is controlled by the control section 43. Also the dephosphorization device D1 is provided with an ion concentration sensing section 60 and an informing section 63. The ion concentration sensing section 60 is constituted of the sensing tank and an iron ion concentration sensor. When the concentration of iron ions sensed by the iron ion concentration sensor is less than the given value, an instruction of turning an LED lamp on is issued to the informing section 63 by the control section 43.

SOLUTION: A flow-in port 3 and a flow-out port 4 of the waste water 2 are provided in a waste water treating section 1, a high purity iron made electrode 5 dipped in the waste water 2 is arranged in the waste water treating section 1 and is connected to a power source 6. A diffusion pipe 7 is arranged at the bottom of the treating section 1 and air is supplied from an aeration pump 8 to be bubbled. A quantity of current to the electrode 5 is, for example, controlled to 467mA so that Fe/P is 1.8 and for example, the polarity of the electrode 5 is reversed every 30min. Kaolin is added in the waste water to be treated as the flocculation nucleus agent. In such a case, the waste water is treated in a state that >=1mg/l flocculation nucleus agent is present in the waste water to be treated. As a result, the removing efficiency of phosphate ion is improved to reduce the power consumption.
