CONSTITUTION:A transmitting part 11 is formed of signal blocks K11, K12 and a non-signal block K2 along a track 4. A receiving antenna 211 receives transmission signals S11, S12, and a receive processing circuit 212 performs the processing of these signals S11, S12 and outputs an input signal S2. A signal processing circuit 22 starts the clocking of a fixed time element Td on the basis of the input stop time of the input signal S2, and also computes the travel distance of a moving body 3 on the basis of a travel speed signal S3. In the case of no input signal S2 being inputted during the lapse of the fixed time element Td and the travel distance being longer than the spacing L1 of the non-signal block K2, no signal is judged, and in the case of no input signal S2 being inputted during the lapse of the fixed time element Td and the travel distance being shorter than the spacing L1, no signal is denied. A control signal S4 based on this judgment is outputted from the signal processing circuit 22.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a train detector in structure as well as to secure a good fail-safe property by installing both first and second memory means storing each train discriminating information received at time of train approaching and advancing, and detecting the presence of a train within the closed territory in reference to these storage contents. CONSTITUTION:A train discriminating information transmitting means A, transmitting the ground side with each train discriminating information being set at every train, is installed at the car-mount unit, while a train discriminating information receiving means B, receiving the said information at time of train approaching or advancing to or from a closed territory, is installed at each closed territory at the ground unit. In the ground unit, also there are provided with both first and second memory means C, D which store the information received each at time of train approaching or advancing. When the information is stored in the first memory means C at a train approach-advance judging means E, it is judged to be the train approach, while the information stored in these memory means C, D is compared with that stored in the first memory means at the next closed territory, and when they are accorded with each other, it is judged to be the train advance.

    • PURPOSE:To make the equipment small in size, to reduce the cost and to attain high reliability by providing a transmission means sending power and information to at least one of on-ground equipment and on-vehicle equipment in the same transmission wave so as to save a transmission line for an unnecessary transmission wave. CONSTITUTION:The information of various on-vehicle equipment is sent to an ASK MODEM 27 via a signal processing section 26 as a digital output. The ASK MODEM 27 applies amplitude modulation (local modulation) varying the amplitude of the transmission wave in a frequency f1' outputted from a transmission wave generating circuit 28 by a level required for the information transmission based on the inputted information. The AM wave sending the power and information is amplified by an amplifier 24 and sent from an antenna 21 to the on-ground equipment through a relay transformer 22. On the other hand, the information from the on-ground equipment is sent by a power required for the information transmission by applying 100% amplitude modulation to the transmission wave in a frequency f2' (e.g., 1.7MHz) in response to the transmission information.

    • PURPOSE:To enable information to be securely correctly judged when same information is received in a plurality of successive frames to be judged correctly transmitted, by prohibiting any change in transmitted information until the information of a predetermined number of frames is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:On-vehicle information is transmitted periodically from an on- vehicle device 3 through an on-vehicle piece 4 while a vehicle 2 travels on a track 1 in the direction of arrow. When the on-vehicle piece 4 approaches an on-ground piece 5, the on-vehicle information from the on-vehicle device 3 is received by the on-ground piece 5 connected to a processor 7 for decoding the on-vehicle information through a relay 6. Then, the relay 6 is constituted from a relay section 61 and a transmitted information change prohibiting section 62. Said section 62 functions to prohibit any change in the transmitted information until the information of a predetermined number of arms needed to judge whether or not the received information is correct in the on-vehicle device 3 is transmitted.
