摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a laminated board and printed wiring board which have resistance to soldering heat and can be used again. CONSTITUTION:This renewable laminated board consists of an electric insulating layer and a conductive layer and uses the synthetic resin which can dissolves in solvent at 260 deg.C or above of glass transition temperature as a synthetic resin content for the electric insulating layer. This laminated board is used for a printed board. For examples of synthetic resin, polyimide and fluorine polyimide which uses 2, 2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4, 4'-diamino biphenyl especially as diamine content can be listed. Therefore, it can be used again and effective to environment protection and resources conservation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the above filter which is inexpensive, allows easy handling and is usable in a wide range of wavelength regions by using completely fluorinated polyimide formed by substituting all the C-H bonds in the polyimide molecular structure with C-F bonds as a substrate material. CONSTITUTION:The thin film of the completely fluorinated polyimide or a mixture essentially composed thereof or a copolymer thereof is used as the substrate of the multilayered dielectric film filter. Namely, the completely fluorinated polyimide has substantially no light losses in the long wavelength region and has high light transmittability. The multilayered dielectric films 52 are formed atop the thin film 51 of this completely fluorinated polyimide, by which the multilayered dielectric film filter 53 is constituted. Namely, the thin film 51 of the completely fluorinated polyimide is formed by applying the liquid completely fluorinated polyimide on a tentative substrate having a flat surface at a required thickness, then drying and curing the coating to form the multilayered dielectric films 52 and thereafter, the tentative substrate is peeled, by which the desired multilayered dielectric film filter 53 is obtd.

CONSTITUTION:A fluorinated polyimide having repeating units of formula III is produced by reacting a diamine of formula I (wherein X is O or S) with a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride of formula II (wherein R is a tetravalent org. group having at least one hydrogen atom), a tetracarboxylic acid thereof, or a reactive deriv. thereof and cyclizing the resulting polyamic acid. The polyimide, having imide groups incorporated into the main chain, has a heat resistance high enough (260 deg.C) or higher) for producing an optoelectronic integrated circuit.

Thus, the thermal treatment temperature of the titled polyimide after developing can be lowered.

CONSTITUTION:A bis(hydroxyphthalimide) compound of formula V is obtained by reacting 1mol of 4-hydroxyphthalic anhydride with 0.8-1.2mol of an organic diamine of formula I [wherein R1 is a 6-20C aromatic hydrocarbon group, its halogenated derivative, an alkylene, a polyorganosiloxane chain-terminated with a 2-8C alkylene, a 3-20C cycloalkylene or formula II (wherein X is a bivalent group selected from among -O-, -S-, formula III, formula IV or -CnH2n-, m is 0 or 1 and n is 1-5) at 100-140 deg.C for 20min-2hr in a phenolic solvent or glacial acetic acid. 1 equivalent of an epoxy resin is mixed with 0.1-1.1 equivalent of a curing agent comprising at least 40wt% said bis(hydroxyphthalimide) compound and other curing agents (e.g., phthalic anhydride).
