    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface layer treatment method for web and a device thereof capable of cutting a surface layer part and a fixing band simultaneously even if the web is fixed to the fixing band to improve work efficiency of surface layer treatment and preventing the occurrence of scratch on a surface of a product to provide the web product having stable quality by securely forming a predetermined clearance between the surface layer part and an intermediate layer part when cutting and removing surface layer paper of the web by a cutter device. SOLUTION: In this surface layer part treatment method for the web and the device thereof for cutting the surface layer paper of the web which is cylindrically wound and whose outer periphery is fixed by the fixing band and the fixing band by the cutter device, at least outer periphery of the surface layer paper is pressed so as to nip it in the circumferential direction from two sections in the circumferential direction by a pressing means to form a clearance between an inner peripheral face of the surface layer paper and an outer peripheral face of the intermediate layer part of the web, and a knife of the cutter device is inserted into the clearance to cut the surface layer paper and the fixing band simultaneously by the cutter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a normally optimal operation so as to improve heat effi ciency by regulating an opening of a bypass valve by a controller so as to obtain feed water level of a bypass pipe according to a load of a turbine from a feed water flow rate according to a steam turbine and an allowable maximum feed water rate of a feed water heater in an using system train. SOLUTION: In a normal operation of each feed water heater 1a, 1b of two system trains A, B, each of feed water inlet valves 2a, 2b and each of feed water outlet valves 3a, 3b are opened, and a bypass valve 5' is closed. Water fed from a feed water pump 7 is supplied to each of feed water heaters 1a, 1b, water is heated by bleed steam supplied from a bleed pipe 8 of the steam turbine 8, and it is supplied to a boiler 10. A bypass valve 5 is formed as an automatic control valve, and its opening is automatically controlled by a control device 12 according to a load L of the turbine 8. Namely, a value subtracted a maximum feed water heater side flow rate from all feed water rates according to the turbine load L is set as a bypass valve side flow rate, and the bypass valve 5' is controlled so as to obtain its flow rate.

    • PURPOSE: To make the volume of a mold clamping cylinder smaller than ever are realize the shortening of pressure rise timing by a method wherein a hydraulic cylinder is so controlled as to stop a travelling die plate at its expected position on the basis of a detecting means under the condition that half nuts provided on the surface in the opposite side of the mold mounting surface of a travelling die plate are engaged with the threaded part at the tip of each tie bar. CONSTITUTION: Each tie bar 15 is directly connected to one side surface of each mold clamping ram 13 and held through each inserting hole 27 of a travelling die plate 9, which faces opposite to the tie bar 15. To a fixed die plate 5, each travelling cylinder 17 is fixed. Pairs of half nuts 29 engaging with the threaded part of the tie bar 15 are provided so as to pinch each axis center of the inserting hole 27. During the movement of the travelling die plate 9, the counter of a controlling device records the number of divisions detected with a position sensor 41 so as to issue a command to stop the travelling cylinder 17 when the recorded number of divisions reaches the stored number of divisions. At this instant, the half nuts 29 are engaged with the thread of the tie bar 15. After that, pressure oil is fed to the hydraulic cylinder 13 so as to clamp the molds.
