摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film suitable for a polarizing plate, a touch panel or the like, having excellent scratch resistance and both of favorable image sharpness and an appropriate antiglare property.SOLUTION: The optical film comprises a transparent substrate film and a hard coat layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate film by using the following coating composition. The coating composition comprises an active energy ray-curable compound and organic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 5 μm, in which the content of the organic fine particles is 0.1 part by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the active energy ray-curable compound; and at 25°C, the specific gravity of the active energy ray-curable compound is larger by 0.15 or more than the specific gravity of the organic fine particles. The hard coat layer has a thickness larger than the average particle diameter of the organic fine particles. The hard coat layer has an external haze value of 1% or more and 7% or less and an internal haze value from 5 to 12%; and the optical film shows 60° specular surface glossiness of 100 to 150 and a total image sharpness of 300 or more measured for predetermined five types of slits.
