摘要： PURPOSE:To enable simple adjustment of fuel injection time per diesel engine. CONSTITUTION:A rotation adjusting tool 8 which is provided with a rotary operation section IU in a pump chamber 1 is fitted by screw in the direction of shaft center A of a fuel injection cam shaft 2. One bearing 6 is supported by the rotation adjusting tool 8, and the other bearing 7 is constituted in the pump chamber 1 in such a way that it can move along the direction of shaft center of cam A. An injection cam gear 3 and an idle gear 4 are constituted in helical gear engaging structure 12. For this reason, when the rotation adjusting tool 8 is rotated by operation means, the injection cam gear 3 moves in the direction of shaft center of cam A, and rotated relatively by helics angle of helical gear for the idle gear 4. Consequently, it is possible to adjust injection time of a fuel injection pump 5 by twisting and rotating the fuel injection cam shaft 2 simply.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a structure of a lubricating device by keeping a discharge amount of a lubricating pump high, while suppressing a projecting amount in a front direction of a crank shaft. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 7 of a trochoid lubricating pump P is composed of a crank case front wall 1, and a housing 3 is abutted against and fixed to a front end face 2 of the crank case front wall 1. Thus, a thickness of a rotor 4 is maintained and a discharge amount of the lubricating pump P is highly kept. A projecting amount of the pump P is reduced by the thickness of the bottom plate 7, accordingly, and durability of a crank bearing is improved. In addition, an oil passage 10 is directly opened to the crank case front wall 1, so that structure and processing steps of the oil passage are simplified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the rapid reverse flow of compressed air to a displacement chamber during transfer of the displacement chamber to a delivery stroke by a method wherein, in a sealing stroke occasioned by rotation of a rotor, a part of air delivered to a delivery port is slowly returned to the displacement chamber of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:In a Roots supercharger 1, through rotation of a pair of non- circular rotors 6 in a casing 3 as the rotors are in a state to be adhered to each other, a displacement chamber Ao partitioned between the casing 3 and each rotor 6 is orderly transferred from a suction stroke through a sealing stroke Q to a delivery stroke. In this case, a delivery air blow back device 15 is situated between a pressurizing passage 10 communicated to a delivery port 5 and the displacement chamber Ao. When the rotor 6 completely closes a suction port 4 communicated to an atmospheric air passage 8 of an intake air pipe 2, an on-off valve 16 of a bypass pipe 12 is opened based on an output from a position detector 17. This constitution prevents the rapid reverse flow of compressed air to the chamber Ao along with communication of the chamber Ao with the delivery port 5.
