摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liq. bleaching agent compsn. of which the viscosity increase has been inhibited and which is excellent in storage stability, does not decolor a dye, and exhibits a high bleaching power to a lipophilic stain by incorporating hydrogen peroxide, a specific org. solvent, and a surfactant into the same. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains 0.3-30wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 0.01-30wt.% org. solvent having a solubility parameter (δ) of 7-15 and at least one oxygen atom, and 0.5-30wt.% at least one surfactant selected from among anionic, nonionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants. Examples of the solvent are a hydroxyl compd. represented by the formula: R O(AO)n H (wherein R is H or 1-6C alkyl; A is 2-4C alkylene; and n is 0-5), an acetic ester represented by the formula: CH3 COOR (wherein R is 1-4C alkyl), and dioxane.

SOLUTION: An ingredient A comprising 0.5-10wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 0.5-30wt.% nonionic surfactant such as C10 H21 O(C2 H4 O)6-18 -H, 0.1-20wt.% ampholytic surfactant such as sulfobetaine or cationic surfactant such as a dioctyldimethylammonium salt, and 0.1-10wt.% bleaching activator represented by the formula (wherein R is a 5-19C alkyl or alkenyl; Z is -SO3 M or -COOM; and M is a cation) is mixed with an ingredient B comprising 0.005-20wt.% alkali such as NaOH or K2 CO3 , 0.1-30wt.% anionic or nonionic surfactant, 0.1-10wt.% polymer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and 0.005-5wt.% metal deactivator in an A to B weight ratio of 1/100 to 50/1 to obtain a two-pack liquid bleacher composition.

The composition is obtained by premixing the component B with the component C to give powder and blending the powder with the other components.
