摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make peeling of a porous sintered metal plate difficult and a reinforcing metal plate from each other, while improving the bonding strength thereof in an active material holding board formed by adhering the porous sintered metal plate to be used for positive electrode of an alkaline secondary battery and the reinforcing metal plate to each other. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a metal slurry obtained by mixing a surfactant and the foaming agent in the metal powder is laid thin on a carrier sheet so as to form a green sheet, and the green sheet is formed so as to form a foaming sheet having a skin layer 15, which is not provided with a clearance 25, and the foaming sheet is peeled from the carrier sheet, and sintered, and the skin layer 15 of a sintered body is overlapped with the reinforcing metal plate for diffusion bonding, and the sintered body as a porous sintered metal plate is bonded to the reinforcing metal plate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the connecting strength to prevent peeling in sintering by temporarily sintering a green sheet formed of a metal slurry obtained by mixing a foaming agent to a metal powder to form a temporarily sintered body, and sticking this temporarily sintered body to a reinforcing metal plate followed by main sintering to connect the both. SOLUTION: A mixed slurry 1 obtained by mixing nickel powder, a binder and a plasticizer to a solvent is formed into a sheet to form a green sheet 2, and the green sheet 2 is foamed to form a porous foamed sheet 3. The foamed sheet 3 is temporarily sintered at 800-900 deg.C to form a temporarily sintered body 4, which is then put on a reinforcing metal plate 5 to form an integrated base 6. A weight 7 is put thereon, and a main sintering is performed at 1,000-1,200 deg.C in 5% hydrogenous nitrogen. Consequently, the temporarily sintered body 4 is made into a porous sintered metal plate 8 and bonded to the reinforcing metal plate 5 to form an integrated active material holding substrate 9. According to this, the temporarily sintered body 4 is bonded to the reinforcing metal plate 5 by surface contact, and hardly peeled with a high bonding strength.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response of a firing pin when a triggering is made by a method wherein a nitride layer is provided on the surface of a firing pin material made of titanium alloy and the inward side of the material from the nitride layer undergoes a solution aging treatment. SOLUTION: Material of a firing pin 9 made of titanium alloy having a bar-shaped pin part 9c formed integral at a roughly cubic rear end part 9a undergoes a nitride treatment within a nitrogen gas at 800-900 deg.C for 10hr to form a nitride layer on the surface of the firing pin material. The firing pin material subjected to the nitride treatment undergoes a solution treatment in an argon gas at about 950 deg.C for one hr to make the texture thereof inward from the nitride layer almost uniform. This can enhance the response of the firing pin 9 when a triggering is made.
