    • PURPOSE:To improve a seal function and also to prevent bearing fluid from flowing out to a magnetic fluid seal part and the bearing fluid between slide bearings from decreasing by attracting the bearing fluid consisting of the same fluid as magnetic fluid by means of a ring-shaped magnet. CONSTITUTION:In this bearing device, the bearing fluid 62 is the same fluid as the magnetic fluid 67 of the magnetic fluid seal part 66, and the ring-shaped magnet 65 is provided between a radial slide bearing 55 and the magnetic fluid seal part 66 and also in a position apart from the magnetic fluid seal part 66 in the axial direction. Consequently, by this magnet 65, the bearing fluid 62a in the vicinity of this magnet is attracted, so that a space 90 is formed around the magnetic fluid 67 on the side of the radial slide bearing of the magnetic fluid seal part 66. Therefore, the seal function by a pole piece 66a underneath the magnetic fluid seal part 66 can be exhibited, and also the bearing fluid 62 is prevented from flowing out to the magnetic fluid seal part 66 while the bearing fluid 62 at a sliding surface is prevented from decreasing.

    • PURPOSE:To use as an electrostatic multi-needle recording head by an arrangement that a first row and a second row of electrode wire materials are not parallel to each other; however, the electrode wire materials of each row are disposed in zigzag at predetermined pitches. CONSTITUTION:Electrode wire materials 13, 14 are fixed and held by resins 15, thereby an electrostatic multi-needle recording head is provided. Although base parts of the electrode wire materials 13 of a first row and those 14 of a second row are lapped in a direction normal to the directions of arrangement thereof, within a predetermined distance L from the surface of a head, the direction of the materials 13 and that of the materials 14 are not parallel to each other, whereby end surfaces of the materials 13 and 14 are arranged in zigzag and are exposed. And the relationship between the pitch p1 of the materials in each row and the pitch p2 between adjacent materials of the first and second rows is p1 = 2p2. And the materials 13 of the first raw and the materials 14 of the second row are spaced at predetermined distance.

    • PURPOSE:To improve positioning accuracy by computing the inclination of a workpiece from the movement to each machining position spaced from a standard position by means of a feed means while checking it with an camera image, approximately compensating the inclination, computing the inclination from the number of picture elements of cameras, and performing correction by that amount. CONSTITUTION:A groove position where a workpiece W is mounted on a work table 10 and test-cutted is regarded as a reference position. A column 11 is moved in the direction of Y, and positions to be machined are input to right and left cameras 18a, 18b. From the difference between right and left movement amounts of the moving means moving in the Y direction at this time, inclination of the workpiece W is measured in relation to the direction of a line connecting working positions of workpiece W spaced, and based upon this measured value, a table 15 is rotated in the direction of theta so as to perform approximate compensation of inclination. Next, positions to be machined again are input to the cameras 18a, 18b. From the aforesaid reference position, the size from right and left machining sizes spaced are respectively measured on the basis of the number of picture elements of the cameras 18a, 18b, and thereby the inclination of workpiece is measured, and accurate correction of the inclination is carried out.
