    • PURPOSE:To automatically produce an uneven sheet in a short time by producing a rugged sheet nearly equal in shape to a corrugated sheet from a flat sheet with a roll forming tool and then obtaining squareness of a corner part of the rugged sheet with a right angle finishing device. CONSTITUTION:The flat sheet 23 is passed between an upper and a lower roll 9 for forming a rugged sheet of a roll forming tool 10 to form a rugged sheet 24 nearly equal in shape to the corrugated sheet. Then, the uneven sheet 24 is positioned and set to pieces 20 between an upper and a lower frame body 15 of a right angle finishing device 11, cylinders 17 are elongated, the frame bodies 15 are pressurized through push members 16, wedges 14, 13 in such a direction that they approach to each other and the pieces 20 pressurize the uneven sheet 24 in a vertical direction. Synchronizing with this, the pieces 20 are energized by uniform force through push bars 22, cross bars 19, springs in a lengthwise direction to compress the rugged sheet 24 uniformly in the lengthwise direction. Consequently, the corner parts of the rugged sheet 24 are finished to right angles to produce a perfect corrugated sheet.

    • PURPOSE:To keep slurry to the desired temp. and to hold mixing ratio constant by arranging conveying tube communicating a manufacturing apparatus and a forming machine a temp. holding device for slurry and stirring means in conveying device for conveying semi-solidified metal slurry to the forming machine arranged apart from the manufacturing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The semi-solidified metal slurry flowed out from a discharging hole 13 in the slurry manufacturing apparatus 2 is flowed in inner part of the conveying tube 15 with the dead wt. and pressure of the slurry in a vessel 4 and conveyed to the forming machine. During conveying, if necessary, heat medium is circulated in a heat medium supplying tube 18 and cooling medium is circulated in a cooling medium supplying tube 19 and the metal slurry is held to the solid-liquid coexisting temp. range. During conveying, rotating stirring blades 23 having square shaped cross section in a stirring device 17 are rotated to clockwise or counterclockwise to stir flow of the slurry and the fine spherical crystal grain is uniformly made existent as always mixing in the molten metal. By this method, while holding the semi-solidified metal slurry to the desired temp. and the mixing ratio of the fine spherical crystal grain to constant, the slurry can be conveyed to the optional place.

    • PURPOSE:To enable formation of semi-solidified metal slurry of alloy by supplying molten metals having each different composition from plural supplying holes or molten metal and adding material individually into a vessel. CONSTITUTION:When a stirrer 3 and each refractory 7, 19 are heated to the prescribed temp., the molten metal 24 is supplied into the vessel 2 from supplying tubes 8 or 9, and if necessary, heating medium into a heating medium supplying tube 11 or cooling medium into a cooling medium supplying tube 12 is supplied. Further, while executing temp. control of the molten metal, stirring shearing force is given to the molten metal with rotation of the stirrer 3 to crush growing dendritic crystal structure and fine spherical crystal grain are uniformly mixed in the molten metal to make the semi-solidified metal slurry. In slurry producing apparatus A, two supplying tubes 8, 9 are arranged and the molten metals having each different composition or the molten metal and adding material individually are charged into the vessel 2 and mixed with the stirrer 3 and the semi-solidified metal slurry of the alloy can be formed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve strength and quality of a strip by arranging cooling device at outside of stirring device and also rotary stirring rod and temp. detector for molten metal in the inner part of the stirring device and controlling coolings of the cooling device and the stirring rod based on the molten metal temp. CONSTITUTION:Two stirring chambers 12, 13 are formed in a casting 14 of the stirring device 10 and also the cooling device 21 providing cooling pipes at outside of the stirring device 10 is arranged. The non-contacting type detector is arranged at downstream side of the stirring chambers 12, 13 and the stirring rods 15, 16 cooled in inner part thereof are rotatably arranged in the stirring chamber. After exhausting air for vacuum in a vacuum chamber 11, the molten metal 4 is supplied in a tundish 9 and casting is executed into endless mold of rolls 1, 2, etc. Then, based on the detected temp. of the temp. detector 18, the coolings of the cooling device 21 and the stirring rods 15, 16 are controlled and the crystal grain 59 in semi-solidified slurry 60 is made to fine. By this method, the strength and quality of the strip are improved.
