      SOLUTION: When a panel for information display wherein the display medium is encapsulated in the inner parts of a plurality of cells partitioned by partitions projectingly formed on one substrate and prescribed information is displayed by movement of the display medium by application of an electric field, is manufactured, a part of the one substrate 1 corresponding to a through hole 4 part of a mask 2 is charged with a polarity reverse to a charge polarity of the display medium 8 to be supplied onto the substrate 1 in the state in which a conductive frame part 3 of the mask 2 is positioned and placed on the one substrate 1 having no partition, the display medium 8 is supplied to regions corresponding to the respective cells 9 on the one substrate 1 through the through hole 4 part of the mask 2, the mask 2 on the one substrate 1 is removed, and partitions 5 are made to adhere onto the one substrate 1 by using an adhesive applied on the tip surfaces of the partitions 5 to encapsulate the display medium 8 supplied onto and disposed on the one substrate in the inner parts of the partitioned cells 9.
