SOLUTION: This method comprises the following steps: making culture soil 10 out of chaff 12, sheath-core fibers 14 each composed of a core part 14A and a sheath part 14B, and a fertilizer 16 for growing seedlings; laying the culture soil 10 between a pair of rails 20 and 22; sowing seeds of crops while moving a mobile seeder 30 along the rails 20 and 22, followed by covering sown seeds with soil; and transporting the young seedlings together with the culture soil 10 to a field as they stand and performing rice planting just as they are after growing the sown seeds up to young seedlings with 3.0-3.5 leaf stage. Consequently, seedling-growing boxes become needless and a seedling- growing cost is reduced, and also transportation and handling of young seedling with 3.0-3.5 leaf stage are made to be easy, which leads to labor saving and the improvement in workability.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizer by which raw material is smoothly fed to a pulverizing means. SOLUTION: Chaff is fed to a hole part 28 between a rotor 32 and a housing 30 from a feeding path 16 by the rotation of an impeller 18. At this time, since the impeller 18 and the rotor 32 are rotated in directions opposite to each other, the chaff reaching between the impeller 18 and the rotor 32 is guided by both the impeller 18 and rotor 32 and is smoothly pushed into the hole part 28 between the rotor 32 and the housing 30. Since the impeller 18 is arranged in the feeding path 16 on the downstream side in the rotation direction (on the left side from a central line CL), force is not applied to the chaff reaching the vicinity of the rotor 32 in the opposite direction from the rotor 32 and the impeller 18 to cause no bridge phenomenon or the like. Therefore, the chaff can be smoothly fed to the pulverizing means.

SOLUTION: The filter cylinder 1 of the filter device B which is purifying device of the waste liquid of the water culture device is constituted by integrally stacking a bottom filter cylinder 10, a lower cylindrical filter cylinder 11, an upper cylindrical part filter cylinder 12 and an upper filter cylinder 13 to connect to each other. Pebbles (f) are laid as the filter media in the bottom filter cylinder 10 and a supporting plate (k) consisting of a perforated plate, wire net, etc., is placed via a grid rail-like reinforcing material (j) thereon. The chaff mat which is formed by mixing the crushed chaff with the binder and molding the mixture by thermal compressing and is the filter medium in common use as the filter is laid atop the same. The pebbles (g) are then packed in the lower cylindrical filter cylinder 11 on the chaff mat and sand (h) is packed within the upper filter cylinder 12 in the upper part thereof, by which a filter layer is formed.

Thus, both snow on the roof 2 and snow accumulating under the eaves are melted by the water sprinkling device mounted on the rain gutter 3 to effectively prevent damage of a structural body and a vinyl film of the greenhouse by the snow accumulating under the eaves.

Further, a bridge pipe 98 is spanned over on an outer periphery of the rice particle conveying pipe 94 so that the storing house 10B is communicated to the rice milling treatment part 10A. Thereby, a necessity for providing a specific vent hole to the storing house 10B is eliminated, and the bridge pipe 98 can be used as a bridge passage for an electric wiring cord.
