      SOLUTION: In the COG type liquid crystal display panel wherein a chip mounting region for mounting the IC chips for driving the liquid crystal is provided on one substrate of a pair of substrates of the liquid crystal display panel, a plurality of extraction electrodes respectively connected to transparent electrodes are led out in the mounting region and terminals for vamps connected to vamp terminals of the IC chips for driving the liquid crystal are formed at the led out extraction electrodes, the plurality of extraction electrodes are further extended into the chip mounting region from the terminals for vamps, terminals for inspection are provided at extended part ends of the extraction electrodes and the plurality of terminals for vamps and terminals for inspection are so constituted that the terminal for vamp and the terminal for inspection adjacent to each other are dislocated and arranged in one line or a plurality of lines in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the extraction electrodes.

The conductive elastic block 40 is structured by winding a core material 41 made of a foamed body with a conductive sheet 42. The embossed part 30 is provided with a window 33 for internal state confirmation.
