    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ventilation while opening under small negative pressure, and surely close a valve without mechanical excessive load at the time of overpressure by controlling a valve member through a film on which pressure in a fuel tank is acted. SOLUTION: Reciprocating motion of a valve tappet 5 is linked to a vibration of a film 6 through a valve lever 10. When negative pressure to an atmosphere exists in a control chamber 7, in a film 6, a capacity of the control chamber 7 is reduced, a position is vibrated, and the valve lever 10 is pushed down against return force of a coil spring by a film disk 9 mounted on the valve lever 10. In this time, the valve tappet 5 is separated from a valve seat 12 through the valve lever 10, and fluid connection between a ventilation conduit 8 and a fuel tank 2 is released. When pressure between the control chamber 7 and a circumferential pressure is balanced by ventilation of the fuel tank 2, the valve tappet 5 is pushed to a closing position by the coil spring 13, and a closing member 11 is pushed on the valve seat 12. It is thus possible to carry out ventilation having a good condition with pressure of the fuel tank 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a working machine capable of ensuring a fitting without any gap of a bearing in an end region with a simple construction by providing a specific axial direction rib on an outer covering face of a bearing. SOLUTION: This working machine has a driving motor driving a working tool rotating through a driving shaft fitted in a guiding pipe and the working tool is located in an end region 6 at an opposite side of the driving motor in the guiding pipe with a bearing 16, then in the case that the bearing 16 is pushed in the end part region 6 in the axial direction and kept in the end part region 6 not to be lost. In the working machine, several axially directed ribs 19 and 21 are provided at an outer side covering face 18 of the bearing 16 and their rib tip sides form a virtual cylinder outer wall, then an outer diameter of the outer wall is larger than an inner diameter of not-deformed end part region, thus the end part region 6 is elastically deformed to a shape corresponding to a cross section shape of the bearing 18 and frictionally surrounds the bearing 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large cutting powder with a simple constitution and a small feeding powder by forming asymmetrical recesses on a driving link disposed at an intermediate part of two coupling links. SOLUTION: A recess 18 and a deepest part of the recess at a transfer part 17c between a preceding edge 17a and a trailing edge 17b are disposed at positions for passing a central vertical line 19 of a connecting line 20 to be assumed between central points 21 of rivet holes 8, 9 in a feeding direction 7 or positions before the line 19. The edges 17a, 17b are rounded at different radii R2, R1. The edge 17a having the smaller radius R2 is disposed before the direction 7 of a chain, and the edges 17a, 17b are connected to one another with one roundness. The deepest part formed at the part 17c between the edges 17a and 17b is disposed in a cutting groove formed between a driving link 2 and a roof surface. Thus, the preceding edge having the larger radius is rounded in a protrusion manner so that cutting chips can be discharged without clogging.
