    • PURPOSE: To shorten a time required over a process from the start of an operation to washing by providing a flowrate control valve drive means for setting a flowrate control valve passage area to operate a drive device before an operation for starting a washing process and meeting the preset feedwater rate. CONSTITUTION: At the start of a washing operation, the first and second valve seats 4a and 4b of a rotor 4 come to have respective notches 4e closely adjacent to flow outlets 2d and 2e. Also, a flow passage area is set at a maximum level via flow channels 4c and 4d. As a result, a pre-washing process with a nozzle head performs a cleaning work by use of a maximum flowrate of wash water. A sufficient cleaning effect is, therefore, obtained, even when a washing time is shortened. Furthermore, the nozzle head performs a post-washing process at a home position similarly after washing the private parts. Also, wash water is subsequently discharged in a maximum flow passage area without throttling a flow passage to the outlets 2d and 2e. Thus, wash water stagnating in a housing is discharged, even when an open/close valve is closed. According to this construction, the abrasion of a valve is alleviated and the durability thereof is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To widen the application range of liquid detector by detecting the capacitance being set by a liquid present between a pair of opposing electrodes and comparing the detected value with a reference value thereby determining presence of liquid in a pipe easily. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes 2, 3 of copper plate, for example, are embedded oppositely to a pipe made of rubber or synthetic resin thus connecting a series/parallel resonance circuit 7 with a reference sine wave oscillation circuit 8 connected therewith. A positive pole side detecting circuit 9 is connected with the output terminal of the circuit 8 and a negative pole side detecting circuit 11 is connected with the output terminal of the circuit 7. When water is not present in a pipe, capacitance between the electrodes 2, 3 is very low and the negative voltage from the circuit 7 is lower than the positive voltage from the circuit 8 and when the sum of voltages is compared 14 with a reference voltage, an H level control signal is outputted to actuate an alarm means 20. When water is present in the pipe, the capacitance increases steeply to cause series resonance of the circuit 7 and an AC current flows from the circuit 8 to the circuit 7 thus notifying the presence of water.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a stator not requiring the widening of the facing distance between electrodes by embedding, in the form of flush with the top surface of an adhesive layer, part of an electrode pattern and a feed line pattern provided on the top surface of an insulation substrate and then covering the top surface with an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:An insulation substrate 5 as the main body portion of a stator A is produced by blending a thermoplastic high-viscosity saturated polyester resin, glass fiber and inorganic filler and then by extrusion molding, and copper foil is adhered to the top surface through an adhesive layer 7 by heating and pressing means. Then, copper foil is subjected to electrodeposition resist treatment thereby forming a resist pattern corresponding to feed line patterns 2A and 3A, and unnecessary portion of the copper foil is removed by etching treatment and a required conductor pattern P is formed on an adhesive layer 7. Then, flattening treatment is given to make the top surface of the projected conductor pattern p flush with the top surface of the adhesive layer 7. In consequence, a gap between electrodes C2 be made sufficiently close each other and smooth driving is guaranteed.
