    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact slit tube type flattening rod-less cylinder, which can be fitted even in the case where the fitting dimension in the slit width direction is narrow, by providing a slit in a barrel wall in the long diameter direction of a non-circular cylinder hole. SOLUTION: A cylinder barrel 31 is provided with an elliptic cylinder hole 34 inside thereof, and a slit 32 is provided in one wall 31A of the barrel walls of the cylinder hole 34 in the long diameter direction over the full length of the barrel. A piston yoke 42 is integrally provided with a piston 40, and a part thereof is projected outside of the barrel 31 through the slit 32. A piston mount 43 is connected to the piston yoke 42 so as to structure an outer moving body 44. This flattening rod-less cylinder 30A is very effective in the case where a fitting space of a machine M is narrow in the slit 32 width direction, and it can be installed in a narrow space, in which a conventional slit tube type rod-less cylinder having a circular cylinder hole and the same thrust can not be installed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grafting holder not requiring recovery after the use. SOLUTION: A top end part of a rootstock 5 from which the upper part is removed by obliquely cutting is inserted into a grafting holder 1 from a bottom hole 2c of a supporter 2. A lower end part of a scion 6 from which the lower part is removed by obliquely cutting is inserted into the grafting holder 1 from a top hole 2b of the supporter 2. The inserted scion 6 is joined and rooted with the rootstock 5 by being pressed and fixed with the supporter 2 in a state that the cut face 6a of the scion 6 is joined to the cut face 5a of the rootstock 5. After the rooting, the grafting grows and becomes thick, an opening of a crack 2a in the grafting holder 1 is widened, then the grafting holder 1 is fallen from the grafting and spontaneously fallen in the earth 7. Since the fallen grafting holder 1 is made of a biodegradable resinof a copolymer of caprolactone and a lactide, it is decomposed to carbon dioxide gas and water by soil microorganisms.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclinable type arm rest which can be stored in a small space at the time of storage and obtain an arm resting part of appropriate size at the time of use. SOLUTION: An arm resting part 2 is stored standing between seat backs 4, 4 when it is not used (a). When the arm resting part 2 is inclined ahead of the seat back 4 to use the arm resting part 2, this arm rest 1 is oscillated around the center of a base part 3 (b). The arm resting part 2 is used by being inclined from this condition, to an available position where an arm resting surface 2a inclined by 90 degrees faces upward from a storage position where the storage surface 2b of the arm resting part 2 faces upward (c). After the use of an arm resting part 2 is made to face the storage position by being inclined by 90 degrees in a reverse direction of used state. The arm rest 1 is then stored standing between the seat backs 4, 4 by being oscillating with the base part 3 centered.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning machine-cleaning device improved in suction power without enlarging the diameter of a fan, excellent in maintainability and suitable for a spinning machine narrow in the width of the frame by vertically disposing a plurality of sucking air flow sources in a superposed state. SOLUTION: A sucking air flow source 7 in which a fan 9 is attached to the driving shaft 8a of a driving motor 8 is disposed on one end of the frame 3 of a spinning machine 2, and a suction chamber 5 on which a suction air flow acts with the suction air flow source 7 is disposed. One end of a duct 10 extended in the longitudinal direction of the frame 3 is connected to the suction chamber 5, and plural suction ports for sucking flied fibers, etc., are disposed in the duct 10 in the longitudinal direction. The suction air gas flow sources 7 are disposed in a vertically superposed state. The driving motor of each suction air flow source 7 is preferably disposed so that its driving shaft 8a is extended in the longitudinal direction of the frame 3, and the diameter of the fan 9 of each suction air flow source 7 is preferably set to a shorter value than the width of the frame 3 to dispose the suction gas flow source 7 within the width of the frame 3.
