    • PURPOSE:To check the quality prior to connection and to issue deterioration alarm by adding a monitoring means for a reception carrier signal level. CONSTITUTION:A line connection part 1 which is an interface between lines LINE (R) and (S) sends a reception voice signal to a reception part 2 and an output part 4, and outputs it to reception signal lines 4WR and SR. A carrier signal level detecting part 3 detects the level value of a carrier signal received at the time of radio communication, and a level comparison part 6 compares it with the output value of a threshold value setting part 5 showing the threshold value of the reception level where its quality of speech is affected. When the reception level is out of the allowable range of the threshold value, an alarm output part 7 outputs an alarm signal to an alarm signal line ALM. On the other hand, the transmission signals from the transmission signal lines 4WS and SS and the carrier signal generated from a carrier signal generation part 10 are switched by a switching part 9, and transmitted from a transmission part 8 through a line connection part 1.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an analog received signal regardless of its frequency by providing a power analytic detecting circuit to detect a signal from the power of the necessary frequency and a frequency analytic detecting circuit to analyze and detect the frequency with the time of one period of the received period and selecting either one of them. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal to be the output of an A-D converter 1 to input the analog received signal from a telephone line is inputted to a power analytic detecting circuit 2 and a frequency analytic detecting circuit 3. The frequency analytic detecting circuit 3 is composed of a register 31, a counter 32 and an identifying circuit 33, executes a frequency analysis from the time of one period of the analog received signal, identifies whether a prescribed frequency is detected or not and executes an output. The power analytic detecting circuit 2 identifies whether the prescribed frequency is detected or not by the power analysis of the prescribed frequency with a BPF 21 and executes the output. A selecting circuit 4 is operated so as to select and output the detection result of the power analytic detecting circuit 2 when a control signal (a) is at a high level and so as to select and output the detection result of the frequency analytic detecting circuit 3 when the control signal (a) is at a low level.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently set a line by setting the operating time of a signal receiving circuit in a receiving station only by means of the operation of a transmitting station at the time of setting the line. CONSTITUTION:On the input side of a transmitting circuit 13 in each transmitting part, two oscillating circuits 10 and 11 to output setting signals at frequencies f1 and f2 respectively different from that of a signal current are provided through a switch 12, and two signal oscillating circuits 20 and 30, which are connected to the input side of a signal receiving circuit 15 in a receiving part and generate switching signals to set the operating time of the signal receiving circuit 15 based on the output signals of the oscillating circuits 10 and 11, are provided. Consequently, when the line is set, only by the operation of the transmitting station, the operating time of the signal receiving circuit 15 in the receiving station can be set. Thus, the working efficiency of the line setting can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the malrecognition of the voice dial information caused by the transmission characteristic deviation by correcting the voice dial information transferred from the calling telephone system which is performed based on the characteristic deviation of the transmission line between the calling telephone set and the voice recognizing means from that of the standard transmission line. CONSTITUTION:Prior to receiving the voice dial information, a voice recognizing circuit 6 transmits a reference voice information (c) from the calling telephone system 2. Based on the recognition result of the voice information (c) and the reference message standard pattern 641, the circuit 6 corrects the recognition result by its characteristic correcting part 621, and later, starts the receiving of the voice dial information. Thus, the voice dial information e1-en transferred from the telephone 2 having different transmission characteristics are corrected to an approximate standard level, and hence the malrecognition is reduced.
