    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating device which can efficiently heat all over a floor surface and can be easily constructed. SOLUTION: A floor heating device is formed by laying a plurality of floor panels as floor structural materials on a floor surface. The lower surface side of the floor surface material of the floor panel 2 is covered with a heat radiating body 4 generally formed in a bag shape and made of a synthetic resin. The heat radiating body 4 is a flat body with which all the lower surface of the floor surface material is covered. The heat radiating body 4 is provided with a spout 5 at one longitudinal side. In the spout 5, the hot air outlet port 19 of a flexible pipe 18 for supplying hot air from a hot air supply source is externally inserted and attached to the part of a tubular part 8. The claw member 14 of an outer tubular body 13 is engaged with a prescribed recessed part of continuous protruding and recessed parts in a corrugated form in the inner surface of the flexible pipe 18 attached to the tubular part.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent spontaneous heat dissipation as much as possible and control the releasing of accumulated heat freely by a method wherein air bags are provided at both of upper and lower sides of a latent heat accumulating material in a heating panel casing or both of fore and aft sides of the same while the air bags are inflated or contracted. CONSTITUTION:Hot-water or hot air 15, sent from other heat source, enters into a flow pipe 16 accommodated in the heating panel casing 10 from the entrance port 16' of the pipe and heats the latent heat accumulating material 18 of a solid state arranged around the flow path 16. When the temperature of the latent heat accumulating material 18 is increased and has arrived at the melting point of the material, the phase of the material is changed into a liquid phase and the heat is accumulated. The air bag 20 at the side of the heat emission panel 11 is pressurized and inflated by an external air pump or the like through an entrance 20' while the air bag 21 at the side of a side plate 13 is evacuated and compressed through the entrance 21' to push the latent heat accumulating material 18 against the insulating material 12 at the side of the side plate 13. In case of emitting heat, the air bag 20 at the side of the heat dissipation panel 11 is evacuated to adhere the latent heat accumulating material 18 to the side of the heat dissipation panel 11 while the air bag 21 at the side of the insulating material 12 is pressurized and inflated by the air pump to move the latent heat accumulating material 18 of the liquid phase. When the temperature of the heat accumulating material has become lower than the melting point, the phase thereof is changed into the solid state and the bag is left adhering to the side of the heat dissipation panel 11.
