    • PURPOSE:To form a device to small size and improve its energy efficiency, by arranging a dynamotor, flywheel, etc. in a completely sealed vacuum vessel and using a magnetic bearing as the upper bearing further a flat motor as the dynamotor. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 22 is constituted to a completely sealed vessel blocked from the outside air by a cylindrical main unit 23 and upper and bottom cover members 26, 27, and the inside of the vessel is maintained under a high vacuum condition. Then a flywheel 6 supported to a rotary shaft 33 is arranged in said vessel 22, and a magnetic bearing 34 is arranged to an upper end of the shaft 33, while a pivot bearing 38 is arranged to a bottom end of the shaft. Further to form a device to small size and light weight, a flat motor 39 used as the motor is provided to the bottom end of the shaft 33. In such constitution, weight of a rotary unit of the flywheel 6 or the like is attracted to the magnetic bearing 34, and a life of the pivot bearing 38 can be increased.

Accordingly, the spring constant of the magnetic bearing can be increased, the fluctuation of the center of the shaft can be reduced, and the motor can be stably rotated in all range of rotating speed.

By such constitution, weight of the flywheel 11 and a rotor 7 of a dynamotor 5 is attracted by the electromagnet 16, and thrust force acting on the pivot bearing 23 is reduced then its life is increased.
