The guide part 17 is installed in the downstream side of the traveling direction of the fiber bundle F based on the nip point of the delivery part 14, and the air-permeable apron 16 is wound around the sucking pipe 15, the bottom nip roller 18a and the guide part 17. The guide part 17 is formed to guide the air-permeable apron 16 so as to move at the position separated from the bottom nip roller 18a at the opposite side of the fiber-guiding side of the bottom nip roller 18a, and so as to guide the air-permeable apron 16 in a flat shape at the outside of the guide part 17.

Further, the apparatus has means for keeping the airflow which circulates together with the pair of the delivery rolls separating from the region of the delivery nip line. The means are each positioned outside the wedge-shaped spatial points formed by the delivery nip line and the pair of the aprons, but positioned just near to the pair of the delivery rolls and the pair of the aprons.
