    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a partial foamed part for an instrument panel, which greatly increases the productivity of a partial foamed part product with suppressing as much as possible the post treatment work due to leakage of the foaming liquid and produces the partial foamed part product with excellent quality by shutting off more completely leakage of a foaming liquid by forming the connecting structure of a core layer and a skin layer into a composite structure entirely free from leakage of the foaming liquid and also facilitates the work of foaming polyurethane using a foaming mold.
      SOLUTION: In the connecting structure of the core layer and the skin layer for manufacturing the partial foamed part wherein a polyurethane foam layer is formed in a space between the core layer and the skin layer, a skin insertion part provided at its inner side with an oblique guide face and a pressing face for the skin layer is projectively provided at the core layer end part corresponding to the coupling part of the core layer and the skin layer, and a folding part folded upward so as to abut on the oblique guide face and an elastically holding part elastically held by the lower side of the pressing face are formed at the end part of the skin layer end part fitted into the inner side of the skin insertion part.
