The caulking member bends an opening end of the fixing section outward to form a bending section. The braid shield member is connected to the terminal section of the tubular shield member at one end, and folds the braid shield member at a position at which the caulking member is caulked, so as to surround the terminals of the conductive paths. The bending section is arranged on a side on which the braid shield member is folded. The caulking member is provided with an extension section at an end on the side on which the braid shield member of the bending section is folded, and the extension section is arranged outside the fixing section.
