摘要： PURPOSE:To charge effectively a charging power source of an adapter for a tape cassette, by providing a charging mechanism where the charging power source, which supplies a driving force of a tape loading mechanism, is charged when the adapter for the tape cassette provided with the tape loading mechanism driven by the charging power source is stored. CONSTITUTION:An adapter B for setting a small-sized cassette A is set in a storage part D of an adapter C for tape winding. Contact pieces 208 and 209 are attached to the rear face of a slide cover 206 of a hole 205 of the bottom plate part of the storage part D and are formed with conductive elastic materials so that they are projected onto the surface of the bottom plate part of the storage part D when the slide cover 206 is opened. When a plug 212 is inserted to an AC receptacle and a power source button 213 is depressed, power source is supplied, and the DC current supplied through a low power source voltage part lights a power source lamp 214. If the slide cover 206 of the adapter C is opened preliminarily to project contact pieces 208 and 209 when the adapter B is set, they are brought into contact with a contact piece 122, and the DC current converted in the low voltage power source part is supplied to a battery 120 to charge it when a charging button 237 is depressed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the tape winding operation stably even during reproducing of one tape cassette in a recording and reproducing device, by providing a driving mechanism, which turns and drives a reel disc in the direction of tape winding, in an adapter for tape winding which is used to set a small-size tape cassette to the standard type recording and reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:An adapter B for setting a small-size cassette A is set in a storage part D of an adapter C for tape winding, and a supply reel disc 200 connected to a supply reel 8 and a take-up reel disc 201 inserted to a guide hole 103 of a gear 96 which meshes gears 98 and 97 meshing teeth 16 of a take-up reel 9 are provided. A motor 210 winds the tape in the direction of REW, and a motor 211 winds the tape in the direction of FF. Motors 210 and 211 are stopped automatically by a light emitting body 202 and photodetectors 203 and 204 when the tape end is detected. Since the tape of the small-size tape cassette is wound in the state where it is set to the adapter for the tape cassette, this adapter is set to the recording and reproducing device as it is and is convenient for handling.
