摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a granulator having high strength and capable of preparing a granulated product having good quality, by arranging a specific rotary container, a feeder, a granulated product scrape-up body, a granulated product collector, a granulating diameter regulating device and a granulated product discharge passage. CONSTITUTION:The tray 2 of a rotary container is rotated to an A-direction and a powder P is supplied to the tray 2 from a feeder and a medium such as water is sprayed to an area B. The power is tumbled on the lower half part of the tray 2 to continuously form particles which are, in turn, successively grown to small, medium and large granules. Large and coarse soft granules are pushed up to the vicinity of a peripheral wall 2b and scraped up and fed by containers 3 turned around along with the tray 2 to be fallen from the containers 3 at the upper end part of the tray 2. Fallen particles are guided to a roller 6 through collection plates 4, 5 and small granules are passed through the gap between a roller 6 and a bottom plates 2a to be directed to a granulation area. particles not passed are introduced into the gap between the roller 6 and the bottom plate 2a under pressure and crushed under rotation to be formed into small particles which are, in turn, returned to the granulation area. By this method, granulating operation is repeated to obtain a granulated product having high strength.
