摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precision positioning table which has excellent positioning accuracy with respect to a moving body by suppressing the thermal expansion of a screw shaft by accelerating the cooling of a rolling bearing member supporting the rotation of the screw shaft.SOLUTION: The precision positioning table includes a screw shaft 4, a motor 6 which is connected to one end of the screw shaft 4 to rotate the screw shaft 4, a moving body 2 screwed to the screw shaft 4 to perform translation according to the rotation of the screw shaft 4, the rolling bearing member 5 which is arranged near the connection end of the screw shaft 4 with the motor and supports the rotation of the screw shaft, and a bearing housing 7 which supports the rolling bearing member 5. The rolling bearing member 5 is provided in a close contact state with the bearing housing 7 while a cooling means 8 of the bearing housing 7 is provided on the bearing housing 7.

The positioning device 1 has a heat transfer element mounted on a motor case and being capable of controlling the temperature of the motor 3 in order to nearly uniformize the temperature of the entirety of the device 1.
