    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder system for a cargo handling device capable of always feeding the electricity to the cargo handling device without requiring an engine.
      SOLUTION: The traveling type cargo handling device 10 for stacking or destacking box-shaped articles 1 has a gate-shaped traveling body 11. The traveling body 11 has plural wheel devices 20 at lower parts on both sides respectively and a suspending device 35 for suspending the box-shaped articles 1 at an upper part. The traveling body 11 can freely travel along a traveling route 44 in a prescribed shape as straddling a stock yard 5. A feeder means 50 is disposed along the traveling route 44, and a receiving means 47 is disposed on the traveling body 11 side. The electricity is always fed on the cargo handling device 10 side by making the receiving means 47 abut to and slide in the feeder means 50 while the traveling body 11 is traveling or stopped. Therefore, the electricity can always be fed to a part requiring the electric power and each operation part can be operated as expected.

      SOLUTION: This multistory warehouse comprises a container housing zone 110 provided in each floor and housing containers 200 in a lateral line without stacking them, an overhead crane 300 provided in each floor and moving along the container line of the container housing zone 110, a container warehousing/delivering zone 120 provided in an end of the container housing zone 110 of the first floor wherein container carry-in/out trucks 400 move, and a spreader elevating zone 140 formed over the container carry-in/out zone 120 so as to vertically move a spreader 302 of the overhead crane 300 of each floor to the container carry-in/out zone 120. Problems about a stacking shift in a conventional one are thereby solved, and efficiency in the container loading work can be improved by effectively using the reliable overhead crane having a record of achievement in transportation of a heavy material.
