摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely deliver a rod-shaped work one by one in a correct posture. SOLUTION: A work carrying pair 6 is formed by a fixed wall 3 which is faced to a work waiting part 1 and supports a work W from the side, and a movable rod 4 which slides in the vertical direction on the side of the fixed wall 3 and supports the work W from the lower side. The work carrying pair 6 is tilted toward the work waiting part 1. A plurality of work carrying pairs are arranged in a hierarchy so that the movable rod 4 on the upper layer is slidable on the fixed wall 3 on the lower layer. The fixed wall 3 is covered over an upper end face 4a of the movable rod 4. Similarly, the movable rod 4 is covered over an upper end face 3a of the fixed wall 3. When the work is lifted by the movable rod 4, the center of gravity of unnecessary works and works of defective posture is shifted from the upper end face, and dropped downward. The center of gravity of only the works loaded on the upper end face 4a in the desired posture is kept and the work is prevented from being dropped. Thus, the work can be delivered successively one by one in a correct posture.
