A data transfer controller 2 sends a control message including address information of the other data transfer controller 2 of the 1st physical network 11 and information relating to a communication resource amount to set up a path for the information data to a reception node 6 and instructs transmission of the information data of the synchronization channel to the transmission node 1 by a protocol depending on the 2nd physical network 12 when a path to send the information data up to the reception node 6 is set corresponding to the control message.
