    • PURPOSE:To improve characteristics of both the partial discharge and insulation deterioration, by using an insulating material made of prepreg and performing reduced- pressure and moisture-removal drying processes for a coil assembly and besides heating/ hardening processes under an atmosphere of definite barometric pressure. CONSTITUTION:Coil conductors 12 with insulating films are wound in numbers around an insulating cylinder 11 through layer insulating materials 13 made of prepreg impregnated with resin in advance. A peripheral insulating material 14 made of prepreg is disposed on the most peripheral part of the wound layers, with both sides of the respective wound layers in the coil conductors 12 being packed with terminal insulating materials 15 made of prepreg. A heat-contraction tape 16 is wound around the periphery of the peripheral insulating material 14 to form a coil assembly 17. The coil assembly 17 is installed in a vacuum tank, and then vacuumization, that is, reduced pressure for it is performed to reduce water in the respective insulating materials 13, 14, and 15 so that moisture-removal drying can be realized. The pressure in the vacuum tank is then raised to return to be in a normal state, together with its temperature being increased to a definite set value, so that the impregnating resin is hardened. The pressure value is set in 1.3-2.0 barometric pressure.

    • PURPOSE: To perform a coasting economically and surely to the fine parts of the inside of the air passage of a mold coil as well closing the lower aperture of the air passage of the mold coil, dipping up paint, pouring it to the outside periphery and the inside of the air passage of the coil and thereafter recovering it from the lower aperture.
      CONSTITUTION: The mold coil 1 is closed by pushing strongly a closing body 14 with a supporting plate 13 in the lower aperture. Paint 16 is dipped up by driving a pump 15 in this state and poured through a discharge hose 17 to coat the outside peripheral surface and the inside of air passage of the mold coil 1. The pouring is stopped at the point of time when it is overflowed and the paint 16 is recovered into a reservoir 7 by opening the lower part and used for next coating. By such a method, the mold coil is coated surely and economically.

    • PURPOSE:To improve productivity without rupturing a member to be molded, by a method wherein the member to be molded which has been obtained by putting resin, with which an inorganic fiber base has been impregnated, into a semi-cured state prior to a wave form molding process is molded every wave form by a pair of molding rolls. CONSTITUTION:Impregnating resin 15 is applied to a glass cloth base 12 and the glass cloth base 12 is sent into a molding machine 18. Then ultraviolet rays are directed to both the top and bottom of the glass cloth base 12 and the impregnating resin 15 of the surface part is put into a semi-cured state.Then a member 24 to be molded is constituted by applying heat resisting polyamide nonwoven fabrics 21A, 21B which are insulation materials to both the top and bottom of the glass cloth base 12. The member 24 to be molded is inserted into a narrow gap between an upper and lower molding rollers 26A, 26B. The member 24 to be molded in moved in the direction of an arrow C by a rotation of the upper and lower molding rollers 26A, 26B in the direction of arrows (a), (b). In this instance, the member 24 to be molded is molded easily into a wave form by pressing force of uneven parts 26C of meshing surfaces of the upper and lower molding rollers 26A, 26B and heating by hot air.
