摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply record the of quality inspection and to enable the accurate automatic recording of an inspection time, by printing time, the kind of a printing order and an inspection time corresponding to a printing order command signal. CONSTITUTION:When an inspection time interval is set along with a case number and the kind of a machine is set by a keyboard 10 and a start key is pushed, a pilot light 14 flashes at every time interval set by a hard timer 26 through CPU18 to inform the arrival of an inspection time to an inspector. When visual inspection of quality is performed and the function key and inferiority item key of the keyboard are operated, the pilot light 14 is put out and an inferiority function signal is stored in memory 26. Inspection is performed by the repetition of these operations and time, the kind of a printing order or the function signal of memory 24 are recorded on the basis of the command signal by the command key corresponding to various order indications of the keyboard 10 by a printer 12 and the result of quality inspection can be simply recorded and an accurate inspection time is also automatically recorded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the accurate amount of glue even if a carton has a flap and if humidity varies by scanning a glue sticking part at a high frequency which attenuates when glue is present and detecting the amount of sticking glue on the basis of the obtained signal. CONSTITUTION:Plural receiving electrode plates 24-27 are arranged almost at right angles to a moving direction 6, and inspection signals corresponding to the attenuation of the high frequency of the plural sections 35-38 are obtained from those plural receiving electrode plates 24-27. The amount of glue is detected on the basis of the difference in value of signal parts of the obtained inspection signals corresponding to the sections 35-38. The set value for the judgment of a glue counter is small proportionally to the speed signal of the cartron from a rotary encoder 62 when the speed is fast or large when slow, so that the sticking length of glue is judged accurately even when the moving speed of the cartron varies.

The set value of a dextrin counter is set on the basis of the speed signal of the carton from a rotary encoder 62 in proportion to it when the speed is fast or set large when slow, so that the sticking length of the glue is judged accurately even when the moving speed of the carton varies.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve detection precision by scanning a glue sticking part by a high frequency which attenuates where glue is present and detecting the amount of sticking glue on the basis of the obtained signal. CONSTITUTION:Base plates 12 and 13 are arranged facing an inspection head 10, and four transmitting electrode plates 15-18 are arrayed at equal intervals at right angles of the moving direction 6 of glue 4 sticking on a carton 2. Further, the lower base plate 13 is provided with two parallel receiving electrode plates 25 and 26 which receive high-frequency signals from the transmitting electrode plates 15-18 opposite the transmitting electrode plates 15-18. Then, the receiving electrode plates 15-18 are supplied with a high-frequency signal from a transmitter 42 through a distributor 44 and respective regulators 20-23. Consequently, malfunction is eliminated and the sticking of glue is detected with high precision because the high-frequency which attenuates owing to the presence of glue is used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To transfer an ink layer and impregnate a dye into the inner surface of a container by contacting a transfer sheet sequentially formed with a sublimed dye ink layer and a resin adhesive layer on a base through an adhesive layer with the surface of a resin container or the like coated with aluminum deposited film on the back surface thereof and heating it. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet A is fabricated by sequentially forming a desired pattern of ink layer 2 containing resin having release property from a base 1 and two or more types of sublimed disperse dyes having different dye impregnation degrees, and a resin adhesive layer 3 on the base 1 made of thermoplastic film. The layer 3 surface of the sheet A is contacted then and heated on the surface of a transparent resin container or the like 5 coated with aluminum deposited film 4 on the back surface thereof to thereby transfer the layers 3 and 2 onto the surface of the container 5 from the sheet A. The container is then heated impregnate the sublimed dye into the surface and inside surface of the container 5 to thereby form an impregnated picture 6, and the layers 3 and 2 are then removed from the surface of the container 5.
